This event has already occurred
The Individuals will pull up and park in the church parking lot, Back parking, James Street Child MUST be present
1) One form will be provided to the parent/guardian per household.
2) Forms will be collected. On the form. It will ask the child's age and sex.
3) Baggers - based on the information that is provided, the toys will be bagged
4) Staplers- will staple the numbers to the bags
5) Runners -will provide the bags to the distributor.
6) Distributor- will take the number bag to match the number in car. The distributor will retrieve the number from each car and provide them with the bag of toys that has the same number.
Toys will be provided while they last.
