As families continue to feel the pressure of rising utility costs, Sen Singleton is hosting a Utility Assistance Day in partnership with the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities, the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs, and other agencies to connect families with programs that can help with heating, cooling, electric, and other utility expenses. The event will take place on Tuesday, August 25, from 9 AM to 2 PM at the Tabernacle Baptist Church, Unity Hall Cafeteria, 150 E 2nd St, Burlington NJ 08016.  To register, visit: https://www.troysingleton.com/utility2026

Residents seeking assistance should bring:

One month of household income statements
Social Security cards or proof of residency status for all household members
Proof of address (rental lease, housing authority letter, tax bill, mortgage statement, or deed for homeowners)
All pages of electric, natural gas, or heating bills
